Anders Invest does not carry out any insurance intermediation activity, banking transactions or payment services, or any real estate transaction activity.

Sustainability Risk Policy

In accordance with article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of 27 November 2019 — SFDR Anders Invest is subject to the European Regulation on the publication of sustainability information in the financial services sector. In this context, the firm has set up a process for selecting the products and services it references, taking into account sustainability factors, based on the following criteria:

A policy of excluding products whose underlying assets do not correspond to the firm's values A selection of investments taking into account clients' sustainability preferences, in particular on the basis of product governance criteria. Taking into account ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria, including whether or not the products constitute sustainable investments within the meaning of the SFDR Regulation and the Taxonomy Regulation, and whether or not they take into account negative sustainability impacts (PIA)

Anders Invest's fixed and variable remuneration structure does not encourage excessive sustainability risk taking and does not take into account the distribution of specific products. Products that promote ESG characteristics or qualify as sustainable investments are recommended to the client as long as they correspond to his objectives and needs.

Mediation of consumption

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, Anders Invest offers a consumer mediation system.

Anders Invest undertakes to acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 10 working days to respond to it within a maximum of 2 months from the date of dispatch, except in duly justified special circumstances. If the answer provided does not appear satisfactory, the customer may refer the matter to the competent mediator.

Personal data protection (RGPD)

As part of its services, Anders Invest is likely to process personal data. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, Anders Invest undertakes to collect and process the data collected only in accordance with the agreed processing purposes, to preserve their security and integrity, and to communicate them only to third parties to whom it would be necessary to transmit them in order to perform the agreed services.

Retention period: Personal data is kept for 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship or from the end of the investments made following the recommendations made, in accordance with the regulatory obligations imposed by the Autorité des Marches Financiers and the provisions relating to the fight against money laundering (article L.561-12 of the Monetary and Financial Code).

Right to erasure: In accordance with article 17.3 of the RGPD, the right to erasure cannot be exercised when the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation to which Anders Invest is subject, in particular as part of its obligations vis-à-vis the AMF and the LCB-FT regulations. The data will be deleted at the end of the legal retention period.
